Receptionists

Our mission is to provide a comfortable, friendly, and inviting atmosphere for our clients and their companions.  We will treat our clients with the utmost respect, compassion, and empathy at all times.  Our behavior relating to our employer, fellow team members, and business associates will be guided by the principles of fairness, honesty, and respect.

Through continued education, we will achieve a level of excellence in pet care and client relations, and we will coordinate our procedures and techniques to continually improve our practice's common goals.

We will maintain and support the values of our business and consider ourselves an integral part in developing the long-term goals of our practice.  We will maintain a perspective regarding our personal and family needs, achieving a healthy balance between those and the needs and goals of our profession.

Lynn, our Receptionist Supervisor started with the practice in September of 2002. She attended MATC for business. She plays a huge role in the organization of our reception area. When not working, she loves spending time with her husband, two daughters, and Yorkie mix "Emmie". Her favorite pastimes include camping with her family in northern Wisconsin, reading and biking.

Beth has been in the Veterinary field as an assistant/receptionist since 1982.  She previously worked with Dr. Munson at the Emergency Veterinary Service.  Beth joined the Veterinary Medical Associates in January of 1997 as an assistant and has since become an integral part of our front desk staff.  Beth has also earned her certification as a Veterinary Dental Technician. In her free time Beth enjoys training and trialing in agility, obedience and herding with her multiple Australian Shepherds.  She also enjoys spending time with her husband and adult son.

Maria has been with the Veterinary Medical Associates since 1997.  She has become very knowledgeable in all of the functions of our hospital having worked as a receptionist and as a Veterinary Technician Assistant.  Her broad range of knowledge in the business and her ability to work well with people makes her a valuable asset to our hospital.

Tracie has been with the Veterinary Medical Associates since January 2009.  She is a certified Veterinary Technician with a broad range of knowledge having worked in an emergency medicine practice prior to joining us.  Her special interest in client relationship and coordinating their needs with our veterinary services is a valuable asset to our business.
